Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th May 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Kaashvi talks to Aditya. She tells him she is handling things her way and shows him the CCTV footage. She accuses Aditya of lying. Aditya tries to defend himself, but Kaashvi says the court will decide his fate, and she will give the evidence to the police. He notices Arjun’s car and asks if she called Arjun. She says this is Arjun’s first case, and he will arrest Aditya. She tells Aditya to sit quietly in the car.
Kaashvi gets out of the car and goes to Arjun. Arjun tells her that Mahima has changed her mind, so he has to stay with Mahima for six months. Kaashvi says it’s okay and informs him about Aditya. She assures him that everything will be fine. Arjun says they have proof against Aditya, and they have won. He hugs Kaashvi.
Aditya sees them and gets angry, thinking he will end up in jail for his mistakes. He screams for help. Arjun and Kaashvi are shocked when they see the car approaching a cliff. The car stops near the edge. Arjun opens the door, and Kaashvi gets worried when she sees Aditya’s injured face. Arjun notices petrol leaking and tells Kaashvi they should leave because the car might explode. Kaashvi refuses to leave Aditya and promises to save him.
They unlock Aditya and take him out of the car. The car explodes. Arjun says Aditya has lost a lot of blood. Kaashvi asks him to call an ambulance. Meanwhile, Mahima enters the Bajwa house. Romila is happy to see her. Mahima announces that she won’t divorce Arjun and will stay there. She hugs Karun, but he pushes her away and asks Jagadish why Mahima is back. Mahima says Karun misunderstood her and that Vishal is just a friend.
Karun says he doesn’t trust her and asks Jagadish to tell Mahima to leave. Jagadish says Mahima has to stay in the house for six months. Karun tells Mahima to stay out of his and Arjun’s room and goes inside. Jagadish tells Mahima to stay as a guest and asks Monty to take her luggage to the guest room.

Later, Karun refuses to eat the food Mahima makes and eats Shanti’s food instead. Mahima gets angry and fires Shanti. Karun takes Shanti inside. Kaashvi tells Arjun she will never forgive herself if anything happens to Aditya. They admit Aditya to the hospital. Arjun calls Jagadish to inform him about Aditya’s accident. After some time, Jagadish, Romila, and Mahima arrive at the hospital. Shanti hides. The doctor tells them Aditya is in a coma.
