Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th July 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Dadi tells Kaashvi that Karun must be in school now and they can visit him to surprise him. Kaashvi likes the idea. She tells Dadi that Arjun told her to wait, but Dadi convinces her to go. They reach the school. Karun comes out, and Kaashvi sees him. She remembers her moments with him (The title song plays in the background).

Karun sees Kaashvi. She goes to him and tries to touch his cheek. He tells her to stay away because he hates her. Nitya sees this and goes to Karun. She tells him no one will disturb him and asks him to wait in the car. Karun runs away. Nitya asks Kaashvi what she is doing there and says she thought Kaashvi left for Delhi. Kaashvi says she decided not to go. Nitya says Kaashvi can do what she wants but should avoid Karun.

Kaashvi tells Nitya that Karun is her son, so Nitya can’t order her around. Nitya tells Kaashvi that Karun hates her. She tells Kaashvi how Karun tore Kaashvi’s photos and tried to burn her photo album. Nitya says that Kaashvi can’t return to Karun and Arjun’s life and leaves. Kaashvi realizes that Arjun lied to her and wonders why. Later, Nitya tells Karun she will make sure Kaashvi doesn’t come near him again.

Arjun arrives and asks Karun about his project. Karun goes inside without responding. Nitya tells Arjun that Karun is upset because of him and that Kaashvi came to the school to see Karun. Arjun asks how Karun reacted after seeing Kaashvi. Nitya scolds him for still caring about Kaashvi and tells him to think about Karun, not Kaashvi.

Jagadish arrives and asks Nitya to stop. He says that Arjun and Kaashvi love each other and can’t live without each other. He asks why Nitya wants to separate them. Nitya reminds him that Karun hates Kaashvi. Jagadish says that Karun is wrong and they should find out why Karun hates Kaashvi. Nitya tells Arjun that Kaashvi can’t give him a happy life and will lose Karun if he tries to reunite with her. She goes inside.

Arjun goes to Kaashvi’s house and apologizes. Kaashvi scolds him for giving her hope, saying nothing has changed in these months. He tells her there is hope, and he plans to fix everything. Arjun tells Karun they will go for a play date the next day. He takes Karun to a counselor, thinking the counselor will discover why Karun hates Kaashvi. The counselor questions Karun. Karun asks Arjun why he brought him to the hospital.
