Maati Se Bandhi Dor 20th July 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Vaiju teases Raj as he stumbles. Vaiju removes the cloth covering a cutout and sees a picture of Rannvijay and Jaya. Raj tells her to avoid the couple, but Vaiju thinks she wants to be involved. Later, Raj said the mehendi designer he had called was not coming because of rain. Vaiju scolds him, but Jaya smiles happily. Vasundhara asks Jaya why she is happy.

Jaya tells her that Vaiju is an expert at mehendi and has been doing it for them since childhood. Sulekha taunts Vaiju and calls her unlucky, saying they shouldn’t let her apply mehendi. Rannvijay suggests calling a local designer, but Jaya insists Vaiju should do it. Vaiju finally agrees. Rannvijay warns Vaiju not to make any mistakes, as it would break Jaya’s trust. Vasundhara talks about feeding the poor as a ritual, and Sulekha suggests feeding Vaiju instead.

Vaiju takes it sportingly, but Vasundhara feels embarrassed. She feeds Vaiju and gives her money as a gift. Vaiju keeps only a one-rupee coin and returns the rest. Vasundhara feeds Vaiju sweets with her own hands. Jaikant mixes something into the juice Vaiju is drinking. Vaiju starts feeling dizzy and wonders what’s happening to her. Jaikant offers to bring more juice. He tells Rannvijay that Vaiju behaved strangely while pouring mehendi into a bowl.

Vaiju asks Rannvijay if he is a leader since he keeps giving speeches. She tells him to stay quiet because she will speak today. Vaiju stands on a chair and starts scolding Rannvijay. Vasundhara arrives, and Vaiju, being drunk, mumbles about their marriage being a secret. Rannvijay questions Vaiju about her talk and asks her to get down from the chair. She stumbles and falls into Rannvijay’s arms, and the song “Bawra Mann” plays as he holds her.

Rannvijay requests Vaiju not to create a scene. Vaiju thinks she doesn’t know where she will go after marriage. Vaiju brings a bowl of mehendi for Jaya and sits beside her, still dizzy. Jaya says she is happy that Vaiju is applying mehendi on her hands. Ragini tells Vaiju to write Rannvijay’s name on Jaya’s hand as it’s considered lucky. Vaiju starts crying as she writes the name. Jaya tells her to save the tears for her bidaai (farewell). Sulekha says Jaya will stay in the same house, but Vaiju’s bidaai will happen. Vasundhara says that Vaiju will decide whether she wants to leave or not.

She adds that she wants Vaiju to always stay with her, as she will miss her if she leaves. As the function begins, Vaiju imagines herself dancing romantically with Rannvijay. Rannvijay notices Vaiju dancing oddly and hopes she doesn’t create a scene. He smells alcohol in the juice. Vaiju is about to fall, but Jaya holds her hand, causing the mehendi to get applied to Vaiju’s hand, too. The episode ends with Rannvijay saying that the juice was mixed with alcohol.
