Yeh Hai Chahatein 19th May 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Aditya asked Kaashvi and Arjun if they saw him switching answer sheets. He accuses Kaashvi of hiding Arjun’s answer sheet at home. Arjun questions why Kaashvi would want him to fail. Aditya reminds Arjun that it was Arjun who blamed Kaashvi first. Aditya asks if they saw him wearing a jacket and helmet and if Arjun saw his face during the attack. He claims they are trying to frame him.
Aditya asks Kaashvi why she is doing this to him and says he can’t believe she would betray him. He reminds her that he was willing to divorce her for her happiness and asks if she is punishing him for loving her. He questions how long he has to endure the insults. Arjun tells Aditya to stop pretending. Kaashvi agrees with Aditya and leads Arjun away. Aditya wipes his fake tears and thinks he made a mistake by hiding evidence in the outhouse.
Arjun tells Kaashvi that Aditya overreacted, but Kaashvi says she saw fear in Aditya’s eyes. Arjun suggests calling the police, but Kaashvi says their evidence is not strong enough, and they need more solid proof. Arjun gets a call from his lawyer and tells Kaashvi he is going to court for a hearing. He says that Mahima will be out of his life today and that Aditya will soon be out of Kaashvi’s life, too. He hugs her as the title song plays in the background and then leaves.
Later, the judge said Mahima’s signature was missing from the papers. Mahima tells the judge she doesn’t want to divorce Arjun, which shocks him. Arjun asks Mahima why she changed her mind. Mahima tells the judge that Arjun wants to divorce her to marry her sister and pleads to save her marriage. She says she has a son and doesn’t want to be separated. The judge gives them six months to settle. Mahima smiles at this. Arjun tells Mahima he won’t let her win. Mahima tells Jagadish that she has a court order and he can’t throw her out of the house.

Meanwhile, Kaashvi sees Aditya’s car near a red-light area on CCTV footage and realizes he lied about meeting with a minister. She meets Aditya and apologizes, then takes him to a cliff area to talk alone. She tells him she is surprised and asks him to close his eyes. She handcuffs his hand to the car steering wheel, shocking him.
