Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th May 2023 Written Update: The episode begins with Kaashvi informing Nayantara that Samrat is innocent. Nayantara is shocked to learn that Samrat Choudhary owns the mall. Memories of her moments with Samrat rush back to her. She asks Kaashvi when they meet. Kaashvi reveals everything and describes Samrat as a kind-hearted person. She also mentions that she spoke highly of Nayantara in front of Samrat. Relieved, Nayantara realizes that Samrat is unaware of Kaashvi being her daughter. She decides to keep Kaashvi away from Samrat.
Kaashvi shows the CCTV footage and Samrat’s photo to Nayantara, who becomes emotional upon seeing his picture. Kaashvi urges Nayantara to withdraw the complaint, but Nayantara cannot face Samrat or go to the police station. Kaashvi believes they should take responsibility for their mistake and correct it, and she convinces Nayantara to leave the place.
Outside the police station, Nayantara tells Kaashvi she is not feeling well and assures her that Nitya will handle everything. Kaashvi enters the station, where the police release Samrat. Nitya apologizes to Samrat and explains that Kaashvi found proof to establish his innocence. Samrat blesses Kaashvi and praises her upbringing.
Overwhelmed, Nayantara watches the scene unfold. Samrat expresses his desire to meet Kaashvi’s mother. Prathyuman arrives and embraces Samrat. Nayantara believes that Samrat won’t discover that Kaashvi is his daughter. Samrat thanked Kaashvi, but she insisted that she did nothing compared to what he did for her.
