Yeh Hai Chahatein 17th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Pradyumna enters the kitchen and goes to Kaashvi. He tells her that he won’t let anything bad happen to her. Arjun asks Devansh why the doctor hasn’t come yet. Devansh calls the doctor and gives the phone to Arjun. Arjun explains Kaashvi and Meera’s condition to the doctor. The doctor tells Arjun he is on the way but only has one antidote.

Arjun asks the doctor to come quickly and give that antidote to Kaashvi. He then carries Meera and tells Mahendra he is taking her to the hospital. Kaashvi feels sad seeing this. She thinks that Arjun only cares about Meera, and then she faints. The doctor arrives, and Pradyumna asks him to save Kaashvi. At the hospital, Arjun tells the doctor everything. The doctor asks Arjun not to worry. Arjun prays to God for Meera and her baby.

Later, Kaashvi wakes up and realizes she is in the hospital. Pradyumna tells her he brought her to the hospital as the doctor advised. She asks about her baby, and he tells her the baby is fine. She thanks him for saving her baby. He tells her that she has saved many lives and that he is very proud of her. He asks her to rest and leaves. Meanwhile, Meera learns that her baby is fine and that Kaashvi is in ward number 10. She goes to Kaashvi’s ward and asks if she is okay.
Kaashvi nods. The nurse then asks Meera to leave. Kaashvi learns that Meera is pregnant and mistakenly thinks that Meera is carrying Arjun’s child. Later, Kaashvi asks Arjun why he is there. Arjun tells her that he is worried about her and the baby. She tells him that he didn’t care about her in the morning. He realizes that Kaashvi doesn’t know that he asked the doctor to give her the antidote. She says she sees him choosing Meera over her and accuses him of being the father of Meera’s child. He is shocked to hear this.
She tells him that he left her to die and asks him to stop playing with her feelings. She says she wants to know what Arjun would do if she were pregnant with his child. Arjun thinks he can’t leave Meera, so it’s better that Kaashvi hate him. He tells her she is right and that he loves Meera and the baby, so he saves them. He wishes her the best in the future. She tells him to leave. He looks at her one last time and then leaves (The title song plays in the background). Pradyumna sees Kaashvi crying and thinks that Arjun doesn’t deserve her.
Meera asks Arjun if he met Kaashvi. Arjun lies, saying he didn’t. He thinks Meera doesn’t know her father forced him to marry her. Pradyumna takes Kaashvi home. Kaashvi is happy to see her family. She thanks Pradyumna for bringing them there. Dadi sees Pradyumna taking care of Kaashvi and suggests that Pradyumna and Kaashvi should get married.
