In her dismay, Sonam chides him for manipulating Nityam’s emotions for Saavi. She voices her grievances to him, expressing her concern about Saavi’s well-being post-divorce. Raksham retorts, highlighting Nityam’s love for Saavi and his house ownership.

Sonam counters his argument, pointing out that he is speaking about his brother, Nityam. From her perspective as a sister, she is against Saavi getting wounded again. She holds him accountable for not being a supportive spouse, causing Saavi unnecessary distress. Raksham calmly replies, claiming he understands his brother and Sonam, who knows Saavi.
He has noticed a shift in Nityam’s feelings towards Saavi – a glimmer of affection in his eyes. He pleads with Sonam to abandon her worries and invest time in their relationship instead. Sonam, however, is adamant that she cannot reciprocate Nityam’s love. Later, Saavi, refusing to drink the bitter juice, suggests sleeping instead. Nityam insists that she drinks the juice for her health, promising to keep her company.
Witnessing their close interaction leaves Sonam astounded. Sonam begins to believe that Raksham may be correct. She resolves not to let Nityam fall for her, fearing the possibility of a divorce and Saavi’s subsequent expulsion from the house. Amidst their playful banter over the juice, Sonam is irked. Meanwhile, Manav, reminiscing about his time with Saavi, receives a call from Sonam. She questions his intentions towards Saavi, and he admits he is still deliberating.
Sonam criticizes Manav for his hesitation and suspects Saavi is not considering him. Manav reveals that he has already confessed his feelings to Saavi via a letter, which he has unfortunately misplaced. Sonam urges him to express his feelings to Saavi directly and promises to create an opportunity for them to meet.
During her conversation with Manav, Sonam stumbles upon a fallen letter. Reading its content, she is excited, considering Saavi’s fate to be in her hands. She resolves not to reconcile Saavi and Nityam, confident that no one can salvage their relationship. She plans to use the letter to drive a wedge between them.
As Sonam contemplates her plans, Ratnam is seen praying at a temple. Nutan expressed concern and fears that Sonam may have overslept on her first day of married life. Sonam assures Nutan that she has everything under control and invites her to a feast, requesting her to bring Manav along.
