Anirudh tries to hide the truth so that no one blames Jhanak and him for going out together. Jhanak admits that she and Anirudh celebrated his birthday at a restaurant. Anirudh explains his actions and why he took Jhanak with him. Chhoton supports Anirudh, but Shuvo and Tanuja scold him.

Anirudh assures everyone that Jhanak will leave the house in a few days and won’t return. This was the last birthday they could celebrate together. Jhanak also promises she won’t return to Kolkata if she safely reaches Kashmir. She thanks the family for giving her safety and shelter during tough times. But Arshi is still upset. Anirudh assured us she could return to the state if Jhanak didn’t find safety in Kashmir.

Suddenly, Ashley notices a lipstick mark on Anirudh’s neck, making the family more suspicious of his relationship with Jhanak. When Arshi confronts Anirudh about the lipstick stain, he doesn’t answer clearly. Before leaving, Arshi goes to Jhanak’s room and questions her about their secret outing. Jhanak insists that she has already told the truth. Arshi offers her a lot of money to leave the house quickly, but Jhanak gets angry at the bribe.
Arshi wants Jhanak to promise she will never return to the city, but Jhanak refuses because Kashmir might be unsafe. Arshi urges Jhanak to leave the house as soon as possible. When Arshi asks why Jhanak always prefers to save others, Jhanak reminds her that Anirudh saved her life. Meanwhile, Anirudh’s parents want to know if he has feelings for Jhanak, whom they see as a lowly maid.
Anirudh doesn’t explain anything to his parents, but he gets furious when he learns that Arshi has gone to Jhanak’s room. Shubha offers 10 lakh rupees to Jhanak to make her leave the house permanently, trying to protect her from trouble. Anirudh feels insulted and forbids his father from offering money.
