Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum 10th May 2023 Written Update: The episode begins with Shiv urging Surili to consider his words. He encourages her to resume singing, but Surili refuses, claiming it’s too painful. Shiv expresses his hope that one-day Surili will conquer her fear and sing again, making her parents proud. After bidding Shiv farewell, Surili leaves. However, Shiv can’t let her go so quickly and chases after her. Realizing that Surili has departed, he borrows another car and follows her.
Meanwhile, Swati instructs her servants to retrieve all the jewelry boxes from her mother, so she can choose one to wear. At the same time, Shiv catches up with Surili and offers to drive her to Mumbai, where he can share the extended version of the story he told her in the jungle. Elsewhere, Rani Sahiba informs Veera of her plans to secure Shiv and Swati’s alliance that day, confident that Shiv won’t refuse since he promised to grant her any wish for her birthday.

Surili warns Shiv that she’s not a good companion for long trips, but Shiv insists he is and mentions that he’s aware of her unpleasant road travel memories. He asks her to join him on the journey, promising to help create positive memories. Surili accepts, reminding Shiv that she is now his responsibility. They agree on the terms and hit the road.
Maan tries to persuade Raghu to confess his love for Swati to Rani Sahiba, but Raghu is hesitant. Maan continues his attempts, and they both head to the projector room after Raghu receives a call. During their journey, Surili and Shiv enjoy each other’s company. Rani Sahiba calls Shiv to inform him of a surprise prepared by his brothers in the projector room, urging him to return home quickly and reminding him of his birthday promise.
Surili criticizes Shiv for not responding to his mother’s request, so she helps him send a voice note agreeing to fulfil her wish. Rani Sahiba becomes emotional after watching the video tribute prepared by Shiv’s brothers. Saam challenges Rani Sahiba to admit that their gift is superior to Shiv’s, but she insists they’re all equal in her eyes. Maan repeats Rani Sahiba’s words to Raghu and presses him to reveal his love for Swati, but Raghu remains reluctant.
As Surili and Shiv rush to Diya’s school, they are delayed by heavy traffic. Shasha calls Surili, and Diya admits she’s too afraid to perform on stage without her mother. Surili helps Diya rehearse her poem and explains its meaning. She then asks Shiv to drop her off at a nearby shortcut, intending to walk the rest of the way. Shiv accompanies her, waving goodbye as he prepares to leave. However, when he sees Monty attacking Surili, Shiv intervenes, only to be stabbed by Monty, leaving Surili in shock.
