Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 9th December 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Shantanu tells Ishaan he knows Ishaan doesn’t like Reeva. Shantanu promises to keep Reeva away from him as much as he can. Ishaan wonders why Shantanu, who cares for him, gave Reeva a high score. Shantanu explains that he thought Reeva deserved it but now feels it was a mistake. Ishaan points out that Shantanu often realizes things too late. Despite this, Ishaan decides to go to a lunch meeting to show that Reeva doesn’t bother him and leaves.
Savi and Harini created an advertisement for Country Delight milk. Meanwhile, Reeva noticed that other assistant professors are afraid of Ishaan because he is strict in interviews. She tells them not to worry, saying Ishaan is kind.
Ishaan tells the assistant professors that he’s observed their classes and expects them to improve. He warns they are on three-month probation to determine if they’ll stay or go. Reeva isn’t bothered by this. She offered Ishaan a sweet dish, Moong Dal Ka Halwa, but he said he didn’t like sweets and urged everyone to be professional.
Savi approaches Ishaan, requesting leave because her grandfather is unwell. Ishaan agrees. Savi also offers him the sweet dish, saying it might cheer him up. Ishaan tries it and likes it. Reeva sees this and feels upset.
Ashwini takes Ninad to the washroom. She gets a call from Savi, who says she’s coming to the hospital. A nurse tells Ashwini the doctor wants to see her. The doctor says Ninad isn’t eating correctly, so his medication needs to be changed. Ashwini takes the new prescription.
Ninad leaves the washroom, thinking Sai and Virat are upstairs. He goes up. Savi meets Ashwini at the hospital and waits for Ninad outside the washroom. When Ninad takes too long, Savi asks someone to check on him. They find he’s not there.
Savi, Ashwini, and Harini look for Ninad and find him falling down the stairs. The doctor tells Savi’s family that Ninad needs an operation within a week due to his fall. The problem is he’s not eating, which is crucial for the surgery. Savi promises to make him eat.
Reeva tells Ishaan she has free time after her lectures and asks if she can take extra classes. Ishaan agrees. Bhavani and Ashwini try to feed Ninad, but he doesn’t recognize them.
