She also says that Ishaan sees her only as his mother. Isha tells Surekha that her son Chinmai left because of what Surekha did. She tells Surekha to shut up and hangs up the phone. Isha is sorrowful, and Surekha can’t believe it.

Ishaan goes into a dark room later. He is shocked to see a skull sitting on a table. Everyone jumps out at once to wish him well. Ishaan says that they frightened him. Durva jokes about a fake cake and then shows the real one. Ishaan is thrilled about the birthday gift.

She tells him to eat a sweet that was given to God. Ishaan does and then leaves. Savi hopes that Ishaan will come to Isha’s party next year. Later, she finds out Ishaan is having a birthday party and brings Isha.
Savi and Isha take a walk together. Ishaan will be surprised by Durva and his family at a hotel. Ishaan likes it but isn’t sure what a screen is for. Durva says it is for a special birthday message. Ishaan tries to figure out who it came from. Savi and Isha then show up. Ishaan’s appearance surprises Isha.
Isha brings a cake to Ishaan’s party, but Ishaan is angry and throws it. He asks why she’s there. Isha says she is going somewhere. Ishaan is very angry with her and tells her she doesn’t matter to him. Isha is sad and tells him to stop talking that way.

In this episode, which is very emotional, family problems take centre stage. Isha gives up a lot for her career, and her relationship with her son, Ishaan, suffers. Even though the plans for Ishaan’s birthday surprise are sweet, the deep rift between mother and son becomes apparent, especially in the ending.
The episode does an excellent job of showing how complicated family relationships can be by mixing emotional scenes with dramatic tension. The silent calls and unsent letters are potent reminders of feelings that haven’t been said or missed connections. Overall, it’s a good episode that makes me want to see more drama in the next episodes.
