Upon being queried by Karishma about her knowledge of the sprain, Malishka reveals that Sonia had informed her, leading to her immediate return. After applying the lep on Neelam’s feet, Karishma updates her about the upcoming engagement – the roka, between Lakshmi and Vikrant. Malishka exudes excitement and congratulates Lakshmi while Rishi looks on, visibly irritated.

Malishka then reveals the anticipation of her impending marriage and her belief that Lakshmi’s engagement could hasten hers. As the soulful tune of “Rabba Jaan Da” plays, Rishi joins Lakshmi, trying to engage her in conversation. Lakshmi, however, avoids meeting his gaze, denying any unusual occurrence.
Rishi attempts to discuss the impending roka with Lakshmi, emphasizing its finality. He inquires if she’s content with the arrangement. Lakshmi affirms that Vikrant is a good man and embodies the qualities that Rishi had hoped for. Upon noticing a bandage on Lakshmi’s foot, Rishi interrogates her. She explains a thorn had pricked her foot at the temple, and Vikrant had removed it. Despite this, Rishi insists on examining her wound, but Malishka intervenes, chastising him for his concern, reminding him of Lakshmi’s impending marriage, and forcefully escorting him out of the room.

Malishka attempts to flirt with Rishi, urging him to focus on her instead. She questions Rishi about his knowledge of Lakshmi’s predicament, given that his phone was in her possession. He also insists that they cease referring to him as “jiju.” The arrival of Vikrant’s family and other guests sets the stage for the roka ceremony. As Lakshmi enters the hall, Rishi gazes at her, overcome with emotion. Vikrant, brimming with joy, and his family shower Lakshmi with compliments. The episode concludes with Vikrant and Lakshmi settling down for the roka as Rishi observes with a sad gaze.
