Anupama 7th November 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anupama feels her life is improving. She prays to God to make her family happy. Anupama hopes that no harm comes to them. Malti gets an extra plate for worship. Anupama asks her why she brought it. Malti wonders if Anupama wants her to take it away. Anupama uses Malti’s plate for worship to show her respect. Malti is very surprised.
Hasmukh asks Leela why the price of milk has gone up. Leela explains that because Dimple and Kavya are expecting babies and Vanraj is sick, they need more milk. Hasmukh advises Leela to save money. Kinjal offers to help if needed. Leela makes a sharp comment about Kinjal moving to the UK. Kinjal explains that Paritosh has gone to Mumbai for a visa interview.
Leela sarcastically offers to pray for him. Kinjal wonders why Leela seems upset. Leela urges Kinjal to drop the UK plan, mentioning Kavya’s baby on the way. Leela is upset about Dimple being pregnant and Vanraj’s illness. Kinjal insists she must go for her future. Leela is left crying.

Dimple gives it back to Anupama, but Anupama insists that Dimple should run it. Anu is delighted. Anupama shares a warm hug with Anu, Dimple, and Anuj.
Malti feels overshadowed by Anupama and takes Anu to school. Anuj mentions to Anupama that Anu seems happy with Malti. Anupama is fine with Malti spending time with Anu but decides she won’t let Malti cause trouble for her family.
Dimple teaches dancing at the academy. Tapish comes in, and the students want him to teach them. Dimple is not nice to Tapish, even though he promotes the academy. Anupama visits and thinks of Samar. While teaching, Dimple nearly falls, but Tapish catches her. Dimple wrongly accuses him of improper touching.

The episode is a mix of drama and emotions about Anupama and her interactions with her family. By recognizing Malti’s contribution to the worship, Anupama shows that she cares and is compassionate. Hasmukh’s questioning of rising milk prices because of family needs raises a subplot of financial worry that shows how hard life can be. Kinjal’s disagreement with Leela about her future in the UK makes things more tense and shows how hard it is to balance personal goals with family duties.
