Then, she asks Anupama about her plans. Anupama shares that they are getting ready for Kavya’s special baby party. Malti is upset with the Shah family. She questions Anupama about why the Shahs are not helping. Anupama explains that Vanraj is sick, Kinjal and Paritosh are busy, and Dimple is helping them.
She wonders aloud who will help with the baby shower preparations. Anupama also shares that they are planning to change things up a bit. Anuj tells her he has sent the money, and she can buy gifts if she wants. Malti, concerned, asks Anuj about his work. Anuj assures her not to worry about it. Malti feels Anuj, like Anupama, is too involved with the Shahs’ issues. She decides she needs to look out for Anuj.
