Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 4th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhira finds out that Kaveri wants the baby to stay with the Poddars if she and Arman ever separate. Kaveri says the third rule in the contract will prevent Abhira from separating from Arman. Arman meets with Abhira, and she becomes angry at the Poddars for hurting her self-respect. Ruhi feels sad because she doesn’t want to hurt Arman, but she feels like she has no choice.

Arman and Abhira argue. Abhira says the Poddars want her to become a housewife, and she gets mad at Arman for supporting Kaveri. Arman admits the contract is unfair but says Abhira shouldn’t blame his family. He tells her that the Poddars love her. Abhira sarcastically responds that if they love her so much, why did Kaveri create the contract? She tells Arman that she won’t compromise her self-respect. Abhira remains upset with Arman.

Arman accidentally hurts her finger, and Ruhi is shocked. Arman decides to talk to Abhira, but Ruhi advises him to take care of his wound first and talk to Abhira later. Arman says he doesn’t need Ruhi’s advice about Abhira. Rohit sees Ruhi and asks what’s happening. Ruhi tells Rohit that Arman helped her in the past, so she is just returning the favour. Rohit advises Arman to bandage his wound, but Arman asks Rohit to leave him alone.
Abhira is thinking about the Poddars and wonders if her love for Arman will fade. She feels confused about the contract. Arman decides to talk to her later, realizing she’s angry. Kaveri pressures Abhira to sign the contract, threatening to withdraw her name as the loan guarantor if she doesn’t. Abhira realizes that Kaveri’s true intention is to force her into something later.
Ruhi tells Abhira not to give up on her dreams because of her marriage. Abhira asks Ruhi why she’s so concerned. Ruhi says it’s because she has started working now and understands the importance of dreams. Arman tries to comfort Abhira, but she talks to him rudely. Arman regrets bringing up the contract with her. Abhira questions Arman’s intentions, and he leaves angrily. Abhira tries to stop him, but Arman meets with an accident, leaving Abhira shocked.
