Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 29th June 2026 Written Update: In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira leaves no stone unturned to save Arman’s life as she desperately tries to convince the renowned neurosurgeon, Dr. Pradhan, to perform his critical surgery. Meanwhile, the Poddar family finally learns the truth about Arman’s condition and faces Vidya’s anger for abandoning him during his darkest phase.

Abhira Makes a Desperate Plea for Arman’s Surgery

The episode opens with Abhira requesting the hospital doctor to arrange for Dr. Pradhan to operate on Arman now that he is mentally prepared for the surgery. However, the doctor informs her that Dr. Pradhan was available for only one day and is no longer taking cases because of her daughter’s wedding.

Although another neurosurgeon can perform the operation, Abhira refuses to give up. She believes that Dr. Pradhan is Arman’s best hope and can turn his slim 0.1% chance of recovery into a miracle. Learning that the celebrated surgeon has specifically asked not to be disturbed during the wedding festivities leaves Abhira heartbroken.

Madhav Reveals Arman and Abhira’s Wedding News

Elsewhere, Madhav learns about Arman and Abhira’s upcoming wedding and decides to meet the couple. He confronts the Poddars and informs them about the marriage while revealing that Vidya has forbidden the family from attending the ceremony.

Madhav bluntly reminds the Poddars that they abandoned Arman when he needed them the most and therefore have no right to celebrate his happiness now. Amid the confrontation, Abhira asks Madhav to gather more information about Dr. Pradhan. Kaveri also comes to know about the famous surgeon.

Arman’s Memory Loss Leaves Everyone Emotional

Back home, Arman lovingly prepares tea for Abhira but forgets to add sugar. The simple mistake reminds him of his deteriorating memory, leaving him frustrated. Abhira comforts him and encourages him not to lose hope.

Later, Myra and Mukti insist that Arman and Abhira stay apart until their wedding according to tradition. Arman jokingly compares Myra to those strict relatives who interfere in every wedding ritual. Myra replies that at least he will get to experience the presence of relatives, leaving both Arman and Abhira speechless.

Abhira Travels to Mussoorie to Meet Dr. Pradhan

Determined to save Arman, Abhira struggles to arrange funds for the surgery. Vidya steps in with Arman’s medical insurance documents, revealing that Madhav had quietly paid both the pending premium and the penalty after Aryan failed to renew the policy.

Soon, Abhira discovers that Dr. Pradhan’s daughter’s wedding is taking place in Mussoorie. Without wasting any time, she convinces Vidya to accompany her in a final attempt to meet the surgeon.

Meanwhile, Arman’s condition continues to worsen. He even forgets to tie his shoelaces, forcing Myra and Mukti to trick him into wearing his shoes. They become emotional as Arman starts writing down daily tasks to cope with his memory loss.

Abhira Impresses Dr. Pradhan With Her Selfless Gesture

Upon reaching the wedding venue, Abhira and Vidya are stopped by security. Fortunately, Kaveri arrives and helps them enter the venue.

The duo soon learns that the wedding caterer has unexpectedly backed out. Instead of immediately approaching Dr. Pradhan with her request, Abhira decides to help the family first. Madhav and Tanya also join hands with Abhira, Vidya, and Kaveri to ensure the wedding preparations continue smoothly.

Although Vidya initially hesitates to accept Kaveri’s support, Kaveri chooses to stand beside Abhira during the difficult time.

Impressed by the successful catering arrangements, Dr. Pradhan appreciates the team’s efforts and prepares to compensate them. Seizing the opportunity, Abhira emotionally pleads with the doctor to save Arman’s life. Touched by her sincerity and determination, Dr. Pradhan finally agrees to meet Arman before making her decision.

After examining Arman, Dr. Pradhan confirms that his condition is rapidly deteriorating and schedules the surgery at the earliest. The decision fills Abhira with renewed hope as she believes Arman finally has a fighting chance.

However, emotions run high when the Poddars arrive to meet Arman. His worsening memory loss shocks everyone after he fails to recognize Manisha.

Vidya Slams the Poddars

The emotional reunion quickly turns into a heated confrontation. Vidya orders the Poddars to leave, refusing to forgive them for abandoning Arman.

Kajal apologizes, but Vidya remains firm, telling the family they have no right to call themselves Arman’s family anymore. Sanjay defends himself, claiming they never knew about Arman’s brain tumour.
