Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 16th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Krish says that Arman has shown his love for Abhira. He asks Arman to dance for Abhira. Abhira, Arman, and the Poddar family all dance to the mehendi song. Manish remembers Karthik, Naira, Abhimanyu, and Akshara. Ruhi gets upset when she sees Manish supporting Abhira. She finds Abhira’s medical report and thinks that Abhira’s happiness won’t last long.

Ruhi tries to tell Abhira about her health condition but cannot. She decides to tell Kaveri the truth instead. Ruhi asks Arman to talk with her alone. Abhira feels worried seeing Arman and Ruhi together. She wonders where Ruhi is taking Arman. Arman asks Ruhi what she wants to talk about. He feels concerned for Abhira. A vendor comes by and asks Arman to buy a toy. Arman gets excited, but Ruhi tells him to stop buying toys.

Abhira asks Krish, Charu, and Kiara where Arman is. She discovers that Arman has left his phone behind, making her restless. Krish learns that Arman and Ruhi have gone to the Shiv temple. Abhira decides to find Arman. Charu tells her not to go out on Mehendi day, but Krish asks Charu to stop thinking negatively. Kiara asks Abhira not to get angry at Arman. Abhira decides to trust Arman and refuses to believe Ruhi.

Vidya finds out that Abhira’s report is missing. Manish tells Vidya not to worry about Abhira. Arman asks Ruhi why she brought him outside. Ruhi tells Arman that Abhira cannot have children and that his dream of becoming a father is over because of Abhira’s condition. Arman doesn’t believe Ruhi and thinks she may have changed the report. Arman checks with the doctor, but Ruhi convinces him that the report is real. Arman decides not to tell Abhira the truth. Manisha finds out that Abhira and Arman are not at home.

Vidya looks for Arman and Abhira. Krish, Charu, Kiara, and Aryan try to hide the truth. Ruhi tries to turn Arman against Abhira. Arman asks Ruhi to keep the truth hidden. Abhira asks Arman to tell her the truth, but Arman tells her to trust him and wait for the right time. Abhira decides to wait. Kaveri sees Arman and Abhira together. Arman lies to Kaveri, saying he went to see Abhira. Manisha asks Abhira to finish her mehendi. Vidya asks Arman if he has seen Abhira’s report. Arman is shocked.
