Yeh Hai Chahatein 28th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, a boy tells Karun that the dahi handi is very high, so it will be difficult to break it. Karun confidently says he can do it. The boys get excited and take Karun with them. Meanwhile, Kaashvi and Meera are searching for Karun. Kaashvi answers a call from Pradyumna and tells him that Karun is missing. She asks him to come to the market and then hangs up. Arjun sees Kaashvi. Meera almost gets into an accident, but Arjun saves her just in time.

Meera hugs Arjun in shock, and Kaashvi notices this. They finally find Karun. Karun climbs on the boys to break the dahi handi. Kaashvi, Arjun, and Meera get worried when they see this. But Karun successfully breaks the dahi handi. He falls and closes his eyes in fear, but Kaashvi catches him. She kisses him on the forehead (the title song plays in the background). She then gives Karun to Meera and hides in the crowd. Meera asks Karun to open his eyes. Karun thanks Meera for saving him.

Arjun and Meera take Karun aside. Meera asks Karun why he ran away from school. Arjun tells Karun that they both love him very much. But Karun thinks Meera doesn’t like him. He says that Meera is pregnant and won’t care about him once her baby is born. He also thinks that Arjun will forget him, too. Kaashvi overhears their conversation and starts crying. Meera apologizes to Karun for hurting his feelings. She tells him that he is her and Arjun’s top priority.

She explains that she is becoming a mother for the first time and needs the support of her best friend, Karun. She tells him that he will be her baby’s brother. Karun apologizes for the misunderstanding and hugs her, promising to support her (the title song plays in the background). Kaashvi thinks Karun has finally found his Yashoda (a loving mother figure) and doesn’t need her anymore.

Pradyumna arrives and asks Kaashvi if she found Karun. He sees Karun with Arjun and Meera and takes Kaashvi away. Arjun notices them leaving. Later, Arjun and his team catch a bike thief. Arjun notices a symbol on the car that matches the one he saw on a truck. He asks the garage owner to call the car’s owner. After some time, a man arrives to pick up his car. Arjun slaps the man and asks him about the accident. The man reveals that Pradyumna told him to cause Jagadish’s accident.

Arjun goes to Pradyumna’s house and slaps him. Kaashvi asks Arjun what he’s doing. Arjun tells her that Pradyumna is responsible for Jagadish’s accident. Kaashvi defends Pradyumna, but Arjun warns her not to trust him. He tells her about a secret room in the basement. Pradyumna says it’s not a secret room but just a storeroom.
