Yeh Hai Chahatein 21st July 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Karun gets angry when the doctor asks about Kaashvi. He yells at Arjun and heads to the car. Arjun tells the doctor that Karun wasn’t like this six months ago and that he doesn’t understand why Karun hates Kaashvi. The doctor explains that Karun is emotionally hurt and hasn’t shared his pain with anyone, which is causing his trauma.

Arjun asks how to find the reason for Karun’s hatred for Kaashvi, and the doctor says there is a way. Karun questions Arjun about the doctor’s inquiry about Kaashvi. Arjun lies, saying the principal asked him to take Karun to the doctor for an evaluation report and that Karun could be suspended if they don’t submit it. Arjun surprises Karun with a gift, making him happy, and convinces him to revisit the doctor, asking Karun not to tell Nitya.

At the hospital, Devraj asks Nagesh about Arjun’s whereabouts. When Nagesh says he doesn’t know, Devraj slaps and scolds him for being useless, demanding he find Arjun. Nagesh leaves, promising to locate Arjun, while Devraj vows not to spare him. The next day, Arjun thanks Karun for agreeing to visit the hospital, believing this session will reveal why Karun hates Kaashvi. Meanwhile, Nitya sees that Karun forgot his tiffin at home and decides to take it to his school.

Kaashvi and Meera are shopping for sarees. Feeling like she’s found an older sister in Kaashvi, Meera gets emotional. Kaashvi hugs her, promising support, and they buy a saree in Meera’s favourite colour. When Nitya reaches the school, she learns that Karun isn’t there. She wonders where Arjun has taken him and calls Arjun, but he doesn’t answer. Arjun ignores the call, thinking he must do this for Karun. Nitya fears Arjun has taken Karun to Kaashvi.

The doctor starts the session by asking Karun about Kaashvi. Nitya arrives with the police. Arjun questions Nitya’s presence, and she tries to take Karun away, but the doctor insists the session is ongoing. Nitya reveals she tracked Arjun’s phone and accuses him of endangering Karun. The doctor reassures her that it’s safe.

Nitya then tells the doctor that Kaashvi is a murderer, which is why Karun hates her. The doctor, surprised, asks Arjun why he withheld this information and suggests they take Karun home. Nitya thanks the police inspector and takes Karun. Kaashvi sees them and wonders what’s happening. She calls Arjun, but he doesn’t answer, so she goes to Meera’s house and sees Meera’s roof about to collapse.
