Udne Ki Aasha 24th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Sayali secretly goes to the hospital to see Paresh one last time. When no one is around, she goes near his room and meets Paresh’s friend. She asks him to let her meet Paresh for just a moment. After her request, he agrees. When Sayali enters the room, she breaks down in tears after seeing Paresh in such bad condition. She prays to God to take care of him. She touches Paresh with a holy flower and prays for his recovery.

Suddenly, she is told that the other family members have arrived at the hospital, so Sayali quickly decides to leave. After Sayali leaves, Renuka enters the room and puts a tilak on Paresh’s forehead, praying for his quick recovery. At the hotel, Akash cries because his entire family has rejected him. He can’t believe he couldn’t see his father even once. Seeing Akash’s sad face, Riya realizes something is wrong with him. When she touches Akash, his heart softens. Riya expresses her love for him, knowing he has been going through a lot to keep their love alive.

A few hours later, Paresh finally regains consciousness and sees Renuka sitting beside him. He understands the pain his family has been through. Sachin sits beside his father and places his hand on Paresh’s chest. Sachin shares his fear when Paresh was admitted to the hospital and says he prayed to God to take care of his father. He never imagined Paresh would face such hardships. Sachin also apologizes to his father for causing trouble at home.

Paresh asks Renuka about Roshni and Tejas, who went to eat. When Paresh mentions Sayali’s name, he becomes emotional. Sachin brings food for Renuka, surprising her with his caring behaviour. At first, she hesitates to take the food, but Sachin insists she should eat. Sachin seems very happy to see the bond between him and his mother growing stronger. After a few hours, Sachin and Paresh return home. Paresh receives a warm and respectful welcome from the family. When asked about his car, Sachin avoids the question and says fixing it will take time.
