He stands up for his wife in front of his mother without hesitation. Renuka, feeling insulted by Sachin, complains to Paresh about her son.

That night, Renuka invites Roshni to the next day’s house pooja. Renuka says her mother-in-law wants to meet Roshni before the wedding. Roshni agrees to attend the function but becomes suspicious of Renuka’s constant mistreatment of Sayali and Sachin.
Shortly after, Roshni’s mother and son arrive at her flat, and she becomes anxious about Renuka finding out about her family, fearing the wedding might be cancelled. Sayali calls her family to invite them to the pooja. Sachin joins her and asks if she likes the saree he bought for her. Sayali confirmed she would wear it on the day of the function. Sachin, impressed but playful, mocks how some women struggle with sarees. Sayali challenges him to wear one, and Sachin creates a funny scene trying to walk in a saree.
