Udne Ki Aasha 23rd September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Renuka gives Sachin two gold bangles to sell so they can get money for Paresh’s treatment. Tejas and Roshni also offer their belongings to Sachin, but he refuses to take them. Sachin says he has already sold his car and goes to arrange the money. After some time, Akash arrives at the hospital to see Paresh, but no one lets him enter the room. Sachin gets very angry when he sees Akash at the hospital and tells him to leave immediately.

Akash pleads with his family to let him see Paresh, but they don’t want him there. They believe Paresh is suffering because of Akash. Sachin gets so upset that he almost hits Akash, saying he can never forgive him. Tejas calms Sachin down, telling him to be patient. Akash feels hopeless as everyone blames him. He even wants to help with Paresh’s treatment, but Sachin refuses to accept his help.

The entire Deshmukh family turns against Akash and asks him to leave. Renuka also begs Akash to go. Sayali watches everything from behind a wall and feels sad for Akash. She didn’t know about the operation. Now Sayali is confused about how to enter the room to give the sacred thread to Paresh. Akash finally leaves, hurt by his family’s behaviour. Sachin buys medicine while Renuka and Roshni head to the temple to pray for Paresh.

At the temple, Renuka breaks down in tears, realizing her mistakes. She used to mistreat Paresh and didn’t understand his pain. Roshni tries to comfort her. Sayali overhears their conversation at the temple. Renuka still blames Sayali for Paresh’s poor health. She worries that Sachin won’t forgive her since he isn’t letting Akash back into the family.

After a few hours, the operation is completed. The doctor assures everyone that Paresh is out of danger, which relieves the family. But Sayali still can’t enter the room to give the sacred thread to Paresh. When Paresh is moved back to his room, Sachin and Tejas go to see him.
