However, the businessman demands some legal or official papers first. He refuses to give anything without those papers. Sachin gets very angry and almost attacks him. The businessman challenges Sachin, saying he will care for him and make him healthy.

Not knowing what to do, Juhi calls Akash and tells him about Paresh, who is in the nursing home due to a health issue. She asks Akash to help with the treatment. At first, Akash is shocked to hear this but promises to help. Sayali overhears their conversation and scolds Juhi for getting involved. Sayali is afraid that Sachin will start fighting with Akash again. When Sayali asks Juhi why she did this without anyone’s permission, Juhi stays silent.

Sachin learns that a businessman has agreed to buy his old car for four lakhs. Sachin immediately decides to sell the car to get money for his father’s treatment. He asks the manager to arrange everything and prays to God to save his father. He looks for Sayali everywhere, but she is not around. After a few minutes, Sachin goes to the hospital and tells his mother that he has arranged money for his father’s treatment.
Renuka is shocked and asks how he got the money so quickly. Sachin admits that he decided to sell the car to pay for Paresh’s treatment. Everyone is shocked to hear this. Sayali overhears and feels very sorry for her husband. Renuka does not want Sachin to sell the car for the treatment. She gives her two gold bangles to Sachin and asks him to sell them instead to arrange the money. She says she would do anything to get her husband back. Sayali feels sad for them but cannot face them.
