Renuka again asks Sachin to bring the house papers from Sayali. At first, Sachin is unsure about contacting Sayali again, but he feels pressured to talk to her. Sayali is praying for Paresh’s recovery. She prays to God, hoping Paresh will get better soon. She has also performed the aarti without eating anything since morning. Her mother asks her to eat something, worried she might fall sick. Sachin follows his mother’s order and goes to Shobha’s house, but no one is there.

He then heads towards the Puja but learns that Sayali was at the temple earlier and has now gone elsewhere. Meanwhile, Sayali performs a Yagya (sacred ritual) for Paresh’s well-being, hoping to save his life. The priest tells her she can save her father-in-law by tying a holy thread around his hand. Sayali promises to put the thread on Paresh’s hand, even though she knows Renuka will not allow her into Paresh’s room. Still, she is ready to take the risk to save his life.
