The doctor has not come to see Paresh yet, which upsets Sachin. He waits for the doctor impatiently. After a few hours, the doctor finally arrives and checks Paresh’s reports. The doctor asks if Paresh has had similar pain before, but Sachin says his father has always been healthy.

The doctor explained that Paresh had some blockages in his heart, stopping the proper flow of oxygen. Paresh needs an urgent operation that will cost ₹4 lakhs, and the money must be arranged before evening. Without the operation, it would have been impossible to save Paresh. The Deshmukh family is shocked to hear about the high cost. Sachin feels lost and doesn’t know how to arrange the money before evening.

The doctor warns that saving Paresh will be very difficult if the operation isn’t done. A friend of Paresh arrives at the hospital. Everyone is confused about how they will get the money in time. Sachin asks Tejas if he can get a loan or borrow from friends. Roshni is also asked if she can collect money from her father, but she says she doesn’t know where her father is.
Sachin feels heartbroken after hearing about Paresh’s condition. He tries hard to control his tears and goes home. Shobha and Joohi also come home and see Sayali in tears. They understand that Paresh’s health is bad. Together, they go to the temple to offer prayers. Sayali prays for Paresh’s recovery, as he is a good and kind person.
Roshni is advised to partner with other brands through her parlour, but she says it’s impossible to get ₹ four lakhs in just a few hours. Sachin prays to God to save his father’s life. Roshni suggests that they could mortgage their house.
