Drishti wants to share some news with Manikant and Maina, but they don’t listen. She eventually tells them she’s expecting a baby. Maina gets mad at her. Manikant feels guilty for not being a better dad.
Manikant thinks about ending his life, but this is just Drishti’s imagination. She decides to keep her pregnancy a secret and sees a doctor. The doctor tells his staff to proceed with Chiku’s treatment. Chiku can’t scream because they’ve put a cloth in his mouth. Titlie tries to escape the locked room and finally manages with a hairclip.
Garv arrives just in time and saves Chiku from the hospital staff. He’s emotional because he and Chiku share many memories. He tells Chiku he’s like an older brother to him. When Titlie reaches them, Chiku says Garv saved him. But then Chiku suddenly feels unwell.
Alpa confronts Hiten about an old photo of him with Jayshree. She feels betrayed. She thinks Hiten still meets Jayshree secretly. Alpa is upset with Hiten and thinks he loves Jayshree more than her. Hiten tries to reassure Alpa and says they should first focus on finding Chiku.
Garv and Titlie are with Chiku when he gets scared. Garv tries to cheer him up by dancing, and it works. Chiku starts to feel better and dances, too. The story ends with Garv telling Chiku he’ll always protect him.
Precap: Titlie admits she knew something about Chiku that she didn’t share. This makes Garv sad, and he feels betrayed by Titlie.
