Akir comes downstairs and sees the Brar family crying. She sees Sahiba’s body and thinks she is sleeping. Akir asks Sahiba to wake up and, noticing Sahiba’s cold cheeks, brings a blanket to cover her. Angad tells Akir to step away because Sahiba needs to leave. Akir insists on going wherever Sahiba goes, but the Brar family forcefully separates her from Sahiba’s body and takes Sahiba away. Akir cries for her mother.

Sahiba’s lookalike hides in the Gurudwara from people chasing her.
