Aparajita and Disha confront Mohini in her room, deciding to restrain her despite her protests. They overpower Mohini and secure her, vowing to expose her plans to everyone. Mohini struggles in vain to free herself. She is then relocated to a storeroom where she remains bound.
Arjun apologetically approaches Nia, confessing his past wrongdoings before their marriage. Initially captivated by Arjun, Nia then requests not to revisit the past, revealing Arjun’s drunken attempt to take advantage of her, which causes her immense pain. Nia’s departure leaves Arjun contemplating the failure of their plan.
Believing she has made an intelligent move, Nia seeks out Mohini, who has surprisingly managed to escape her constraints. Upon reaching Mohini’s room, Nia finds, to her horror, that Arjun appears to be attempting suicide. Despite her attempts to talk him down, Arjun laments his guilt. In a shocking confession, Nia admits to spiking Arjun’s drink and fabricating the story to win him over and push Disha away. Overcome with emotion, Nia breaks down.
