Maati Se Bandhi Dor 23rd July 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Ranvijay and Jaya’s haldi ceremony. Vaiju’s grandmother is on a bus with Sindoor from a temple, believing it will keep her close to her husband. Vaiju thanked Jhanak and said she hoped to be like her someday. Jhanak offers to stay with Vaiju whenever she wants. Vaiju’s grandmother calls her, but Arhan picks up the phone instead.

Ragini scolds Arhan for answering Vaiju’s call and remembers scolding Vaiju before, realizing she shouldn’t interfere in Vaiju’s life. Guruji arrives at their home, and everyone takes his blessings. He tells Jaya she has endured a lot of pain and blesses her. Guruji looks at Ranvijay and says this marriage cannot happen, shocking everyone. He reveals that Ranvijay is already married, and a flashback of Ranvijay and Vaiju’s marriage is shown.

Ranvijay’s family insists it isn’t true and that the wedding was called off. Guruji gives sindoor after chanting mantras, saying it will bring good luck. As he leaves, Guruji tells Ranvijay that no one can challenge destiny. Vaiju’s grandmother’s bus breaks down midway. Ranvijay tells Vaiju he has arranged a driver and car for her, but she insists on managing alone. Ranvijay advises her to accept help when offered.

He tells Vaiju he knows she wants to leave, but something always stops her. He asks her to promise not to get more involved with his family. Vaiju descends a ladder and almost falls, but Ranvijay catches her. Vasundhara gives Vaiju responsible for keeping the sindoor Guruji safe until the ceremony. Vaiju suggests giving it to Ragini or Kaveri, but Vasundhara insists she trusts only Vaiju.

Jaya pulls Ranvijay into her room and shows him the honeymoon tickets to Goa, which are a gift from Ragini and Sandeep. Ranvijay gets angry, questioning why they changed the destination from Pondicherry to Goa and why everyone is telling him what to do. Jaya notices his constant anger and reminds him their wedding is the next day, and he is upset over small matters. Ranvijay apologizes, hugs her, and promises not to repeat his mistake, saying he will thank Ragini and Sandeep.

Ranvijay questions Vaiju about taking responsibility for the sindoor, suggesting she could have given it to someone else. Vaiju replies she is giving her sindoor to someone else and will leave after his wedding. Ranvijay remembers Guruji’s words and considers telling the truth but recalls Vaiju fainting the last time he tried. Ranvijay’s father advises him to close his eyes, think of his wife’s face, and do what is right for her. Ranvijay decides Jaya deserves happiness and vows to fight for her. Vaiju packs her belongings and prays for blessings.
