Maati Se Bandhi Dor 1st August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Aaji is serving food to Rannvijay and Vaiju. She asks them to share the same plate and feed each other the first bite as per tradition. Vaiju picks up food to feed Rannvijay. Meanwhile, Jaya is cooking sheera for her first kitchen ritual, and Sulekha taunts her, saying she is unlucky because instead of going on a honeymoon, Rannvijay is at Jhumri Patan. Jaya says Rannvijay promised to return as soon as his work is done. Vaiju feeds Rannvijay but refuses to eat from him, using a stomachache as an excuse.

Jaya responds well to Sulekha and video calls Rannvijay to show him the sheera. Rannvijay goes outside to talk to Jaya. He tells Jaya that he misses her. Jaya shows him the sheera, and Rannvijay asks her to save some for him. Jaya asks Rannvijay if he met Vaiju yet. Kailash joins the video call and asks Jaya why she didn’t come along. Jaya tells Rannvijay to let her talk to Vaiju, but Rannvijay makes an excuse, saying Vaiju is outside.

Later, Rannvijay brings food for Vaiju and thanks her for helping him with the ritual. Rannvijay says they will make him do more rituals if he stays home, and he needs to keep lying to everyone. He says he will go back to the lodge. Vaiju tries to stop him, and he says he is not afraid to die. Vaiju holds his hand and says she doesn’t want to see Jaya as a widow. She says she is also hurt by doing these rituals and asks Rannvijay to stay quiet.

In the morning, Vaiju serves tea to Rannvijay and asks if Jaftab has answered him. Rannvijay says Jaftab is wasting time on purpose. Vaiju tells Rannvijay to come outside because there are games being played in the village, but he says he is not interested. Aaji asks Vaiju why she didn’t bring Rannvijay along. Vaiju makes another excuse, and Rannvijay arrives. He talks to the Sarpanch and asks about Jaftab. Aaji insists that Rannvijay participates in a couple of races with Vaiju. Jaya imagines Rana and gets teased by Ragini and Vasundhara.

Games start in the village while it’s raining. Vaiju thanks Rannvijay for doing all this for Aaji, but he says he is doing it to prove that city people can compete and win against villagers. In the race, the wife has to get on the husband’s back. Rannvijay is shocked but asks Vaiju to get on him. Rannvijay struggles to complete the race as he gets hurt, but Vaiju decides to run instead and carries Rannvijay on her back. They win the race. Vaiju dances happily in the rain, and they win the prize for being the best couple in Jhumri Patan. The episode ends with the villagers cheering for them.
