Maati Se Bandhi Dor 18th July 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Rannvijay welcomes his brother-in-law, Sandeep. Sandeep tells Ragini that he misses her and asks where Arhan is. Arhan arrives running, and everyone dances together. Vasundhara says the family is now complete with Sandeep’s arrival. Vaiju smiles as she watches everyone from her room. Ragini hears her parents praising Sandeep and stays quiet.

Vasundhara goes to Vaiju and asks why she isn’t ready yet, giving her a saree with the same theme. Vaiju asks Vasundhara if she can skip the puja, but Vasundhara insists she join. Rannvijay enters and asks Vasundhara why she insists Vaiju join, saying Raj will handle everything. Vasundhara replies that Vaiju is joining as a family member, not for work. Rannvijay says Vaiju is just a guest and will leave soon. Vasundhara scolds Rannvijay for his rude behaviour and tells him to stop.

She firmly says she won’t tolerate any more negative comments about Vaiju. Rannvijay is left speechless as Vaiju gets ready to join the puja. In the kitchen, Sandeep speaks kindly to Ragini, making her nervous. He says she hurt him by not doing his task yet. Ragini says she hasn’t had time. Sandeep grabs her hands harshly, hurting her. Ragini promises to get money from her father. Vaiju enters the kitchen, and Sandeep starts acting sweet again.

She notices Ragini’s injured hand, and Ragini lies, saying it’s from steam while making tea. Vaiju’s grandmother brings sarees to give her a gift and to meet her in-laws. Kailash says she shouldn’t interfere, but his mother insists on meeting Vaiju. Vaiju teases Raj as everyone gets ready for the puja. The priest asks Rannvijay to make the Swastik. When Vasundhara calls him, Vaiju finishes it. The priest mistakenly thinks she is the bride and says they complete each other.

As the goddess idol is brought in and about to fall, Vaiju and Rannvijay catch it and place it in the temple together. Jaikant’s alcohol bottle is revealed in front of the family because of Vaiju, and the family asks Jaikant to leave the puja. Vaiju goes to get Jaya from her room, and Jaikant smirks. Vasundhara notices Jaya isn’t wearing a bindi and asks her to put one on. Jaikant thinks Vaiju is in Jaya’s room and locks the door from the outside, trapping Jaya inside.

Jaya knocks on the door but finds it locked. Sandeep again asks Ragini to ask for money. Vaiju stands with her pallu covering her head, and Rannvijay mistakes her for Jaya. He starts the puja with her but stops when he realizes it’s Vaiju. The priest asks if she is not his wife. Rannvijay says she is not Jaya and accuses Vaiju of intentionally taking Jaya’s place. The episode ends with Jaya fainting in her room.
