Kundali Bhagya 20th May 2023 Written Episode Update: The story starts with Palki and Rajveer looking at each other from their balconies. When Palki hears Mahi’s voice, she goes inside. Mohit tells Rajveer that the news of Palki getting married has upset him. Rajveer, though, insists he’s happy for Palki. Gurpreet says it’s time for bed because they have a busy day tomorrow. Mahi tells Palki she doesn’t seem satisfied, but Palki says she’s tired. She falls into bed, and Mahi hugs her.
The next day, Daljeet tells Gurpreet she wants to hold a special prayer at the temple for peace. Gurpreet scolds Mohit for already being dressed in his wedding clothes. Rajveer says he’s ready to help with the work. Preeta arrives and says she’s off to the temple. Gurpreet compliments Preeta. Then Daljeet and Preeta leave for the temple.
Gurpreet and Rajveer head to Palki’s house. Rajveer helps with the guests and the party setup. He sees Palki getting ready for her engagement. When Palki drops an earring, he allows her to put it back on. Gurpreet enters and compliments Palki, noticing Rajveer’s presence.
Meanwhile, Shaurya wakes up and says to himself that Palki’s engagement will make the day enjoyable. He gets a call from Sanju but tells him he’s too busy to meet. Shaurya plans to meet Palki later that day.
At the temple, Daljeet and Preeta tell the Priest about Palki’s engagement and upcoming wedding, saying they want the best for her. The Priest reassures them that all will go according to God’s plan. He also mentions that God has plans for Preeta. Rakhi then arrives.

Back at the house, Gurpreet tells Shailendra that Palki seemed sad. Mahi says Palki’s sorry because she will miss her when married. Gurpreet disagrees, saying that Palki has been away before, but now she seems lonely.
Mahi confronts Rajveer, saying he cares about everyone but her. Confused, Rajveer asks why she’s upset. She tells him she’s thirsty. He hands her an orange juice. She asks how he knew she liked orange juice, and he says it’s a popular drink and not something he guessed from her face. Then he leaves, wondering if Palki is thirsty too.
Rakhi prays to God to protect Preeta, who she hasn’t seen in years but still holds dear. She sees Preeta, who quickly leaves the temple. Rakhi asks the Priest about Preeta, insisting that she’s alive.
