Elsewhere, Meera and Sandeep discuss Prachi’s unexpected return to their orphanage under the night sky. As Meera gently coaxes the children to bed, Sandeep threatens them with a scolding if they resist. Having overheard their conversation, Akshay blames them for their rough handling of the children. Meera later explains her methods to Akshay and regrets their failure to locate Khushi.

In a worried tone, Prachi questions Meera about Khushi’s whereabouts. Meera admits that such an incident is unusual. Prachi then reproaches Meera for Avni’s harsh treatment of Khushi, who was locked in a dark room—sandeep interrupts to announce that Khushi wasn’t spotted on any CCTV footage. Suspecting a kidnapping, Prachi suggests to Akshay they should involve the police. Together, they leave the orphanage.
In a different setting, Rhea presents Khushi with a meal she prepared herself. Khushi, struck by Rhea’s resemblance to Prachi, confesses she misses Prachi. Ranbir, seeing her sadness, promises to lift her spirits with her favorite ice cream. Meanwhile, Dadi and Shahana express their concern for Prachi. During a phone call, Prachi informs them about Khushi’s disappearance. Despite their offer to join her, Prachi reassures them that Akshay is by her side.
At the police station, Meera reports a missing child from their orphanage. Akshay accuses Avni of locking Khushi in a dark room, while Avni expresses remorse for her actions. The inspector requests a clear explanation, and Prachi accuses the orphanage of negligence, leading to Khushi’s alleged abduction. The inspector promises to investigate. Following this, Prachi and Akshay leave the station.
Dadi and Shahana share their anxiety over Khushi’s situation on their journey. While Dadi prays for Prachi’s success in finding Khushi, Shahana offers her soothing words. Dadi then curses whoever is responsible for Khushi’s kidnapping.

Meera defends herself, explaining how they found Khushi and her previous kidnapping ordeal. She insinuates that the same culprit may have struck again. Amidst these accusations, Ranbir takes Khushi for the promised ice cream treat.
