She deftly navigates the situation, assuring Paresh of their shared profit interests. Katha suggests employing young, local talent to reduce costs. Eventually, the other company agrees to the proposal, with Paresh reluctantly signing the contract. Katha’s colleagues congratulate her on her success, realizing why Viaan trusted her with such responsibility.
