Jhanak 2nd January 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, the Mukherjee family has a big problem. Anirudh goes to see Jhanak in her room quietly because she fell ill last night. Even though everyone in the family said Anirudh should not go, he still went to check on her. When he got there, he woke Jhanak up. Jhanak said she would leave the house today. She also asked Anirudh for a ticket to Kashmir to go back there. But Anirudh was not happy with how stubborn she was being.
Anirudh also said no to going to Shristi’s house, where Jhanak would not get help. They told her to see a doctor, but Jhanak did not want to go anywhere. Anirudh felt bad because Jhanak gave back the gifts he gave to Arshi. Jhanak explained why she did this.
Meanwhile, Arshi came to the Mukherjee house to take Jhanak away, but the family stopped her so she would not find out that Anirudh was in Jhanak’s room. Anjana told Arshi that Jhanak was very sick, but Arshi did not listen. She said she would take Jhanak with her today. When she asked Anirudh’s parents about him, they lied and said he might be in his room.
Apu let slip that Anirudh went to see Jhanak, which made Arshi very angry. When she got to the room, Arshi asked what was happening and insisted that Jhanak leave with her. She did not understand that Jhanak was too sick to go anywhere. Anirudh firmly said he would not let Jhanak go. Arshi was upset, but Anirudh did not change his mind. Arshi left the room angrily. She wanted to leave immediately, but the older family members stopped her.

Everyone scolded Ani for supporting Anirudh. Arshi even delayed the wedding. Then, Jhanak came down the stairs.
Precap: Jhanak will say she is already married, but as she tells everything, she will slip and fall down the stairs. Anirudh will rush to help her and pick her up. Seeing them close together, Arshi will be confused and surprised. The next day, Badima will tell Jhanak to wear sindoor on her forehead because she is married. Arshi will tell Shristi this news, who will say Arshi should not marry Anirudh. But Arshi does not want to cancel the marriage because of someone outside the family.
