Jhanak 21st February 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Vipasha discovers Jhanak’s true identity. Standing outside Jhanak’s room, Vipasha learns who the nurse is when she sees Jhanak removing her mask. Vipasha decides to confront Jhanak without letting her know she’s been found out so Jhanak doesn’t escape. Vipasha knocks, enters the room, and hands Jhanak a saree, asking her to wear it for the Saraswati Puja.
The Puja starts, and the family gathers to pray. Apu is filled with thoughts of Jhanak and misses her a lot. However, Apu’s mother, Anjana, tells her not to speak of Jhanak because the family no longer likes her. Apu understands and stays quiet. Meanwhile, Vipasha shocks her husband, Lal, about Jhanak’s true nature. They plot to reveal Jhanak’s secret by removing her mask. Vipasha tries to get the priest to ban Jhanak from wearing her mask at the Puja.
In her room, Jhanak is overwhelmed by memories, especially of Anirudhha. She regrets treating Anirudhha badly and struggles with the memories of their fake marriage. Yet, those memories are hard for her to forget. Vipasha then urges Jhanak to come to the Puja, eager to expose her. Jhanak, wearing her mask, joins them. At the Puja, everyone repeatedly asks Jhanak to remove her mask. Anirudhha also requests it, but Jhanak doesn’t want to.
Chhoton tries to protect Jhanak, but the elders insist she shouldn’t be at the Puja with her mask. Feeling cornered, Jhanak pleads to be left alone, but Arshi is curious to see her face. Unable to handle the situation, Vipasha suddenly removes Jhanak‘s mask, revealing her face. Seeing Jhanak’s face, everyone is shocked and confused about why she’s back. Anirudhha is especially stunned.
Precap: the Bose family will be angry with Jhanak for deceiving them. Badima compares her to Urvashi, who also causes trouble in the family. Shristi threatens to call the police on her. Anirudhha wants to speak with her privately.
