Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 5th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Harini becomes very sick. Ishaan and Savi talk to the doctor to find out what’s wrong. The doctor explained she had just seen Harini’s health getting worse. The doctor who knows how to treat Harini, Dr Salaskar, is not in the country. And the only other doctor who can help is busy with surgery at a different hospital. Suddenly, the lights go out in the hospital because of an electrical problem, and Harini needs a special treatment called dialysis very soon.
So, Ishaan decides to take her to a nearby hospital for help. But a hospital worker tells them it’s tough to leave the hospital because a very important person and his group have surrounded the hospital, making it hard for an ambulance to get out. Ashmita is very thankful to Savi for saving her two daughters, Durva and Anvi, from dangerous situations. Durva speaks highly of Savi to Surekha and Ashmita.
Ishaan carries Harini in his arms and tries to leave the hospital. He moves past many people from the important person’s group who are arguing inside. Outside, he sees the group blocking the entrance, so he finds another way to carry Harini to the hospital. Once they reach the hospital, Ishaan begs the doctor to treat Harini because she’s ill.
The doctor says yes. Surekha calls Ishaan, wondering why he’s not home and learns about Harini’s condition. She tells Ishaan to keep her updated on Harini’s health. Surekha worries Yashwant that Savi might stay forever if anything happens to Harini. The doctor later announced that Harini was safe and that they could see her. Savi thanked Ishaan and then went to talk to Harini. A nurse tells Savi she’s lucky to have a husband like Ishaan.

Precap: Savi realizes she loves Ishaan. In class, she writes “I love you” next to Ishaan’s photo but hides it when her classmates come near. Later, she accidentally meets Ishaan and drops the book. Ishaan picks it up, and Savi quickly takes a photo of him. Ishaan sees the “I love you” message in Savi’s book. Savi says she loves chocolates and quickly leaves.
