Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 30th November 2023: In today’s episode, Surekha is calling Ishaan. Avni tells Surekha they can eat now. Surekha wants everyone to wait until Ishaan arrives. Avni shares that Ishaan is upset because of something Guddi said. Nishu mentions that Ishaan also missed some classes. Surekha is shocked to hear this.
Avni thinks Reeva might be back, but Surekha disagrees, blaming Savi for Ishaan not being around. Yashwant questions why Savi is involved, but Surekha doesn’t listen. She tells Durva to call Savi to find out where Ishaan is. Just then, Ishaan comes home.

Savi remembers what happened and calls Vinu to check on Ninad. Vinu is upset with Savi for calling. Savi asks about Ninad, and Vinu says he’s in the final stage of Alzheimer’s and can’t remember anything. No one can care for him properly. Vinu tells Savi not to call again and hangs up.
Swanand and Swati worry about Yashwant’s threat. They go to Reeva’s room and find her gone, leaving a note about fixing her mistake. Ishaan wakes up and sees Reeva. She tells him he can’t forget her.
Precap: Savi messages Ishaan to check on him. Surekha confronts Reeva, asking why she came back. Reeva replies she’ll do anything for her love. Ishaan stops Reeva’s father from taking her away and hands her a box.
