Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 30th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi is waiting for the bus from Pune to Ramtek. She remembers Sai’s words as she sees the bus. Suddenly, a thief tries to steal her suitcase, but Savi fights him off and he runs away. Meanwhile, Shikha asks Chinmay if he knows where Savi is. Chinmay tells her that Savi is neither in the hostel nor the hospital. Ishaan sees this whole scene and then gets a call from the hospital.
Savi goes to the hospital and asks the doctor what’s wrong. The doctor tells her that Harini had a seizure, so they needed her there. The doctor then gives Savi some good news: Harini will wake up soon. Savi apologizes to Harini for asking her to leave earlier. They then discuss Harini’s medical bill, which is 4,10,000 rupees. Savi worries about how she will pay this big amount.
When Ishaan arrives at the hospital, he talks to the doctor about paying Harini’s bill. He insists on paying it all. Savi tells the doctor she will handle the costs and tells Ishaan not to worry. She reminds everyone that she is Harini’s legal guardian and will make the best decisions for her.
At home, Reeva asks Surekha about Ishaan’s whereabouts. Surekha thinks he might be in his room. Reeva tells Surekha that Ishaan didn’t sleep at all last night, and though she was watching him, she fell asleep. When she woke up, Ishaan was gone, and his car wasn’t at the house either. Surekha worries about Ishaan and blames Savi.
Anvi overhears this and questions Surekha for speaking badly about Savi after all she did for their family. Surekha counters, saying Ishaan has also done a lot for Savi and that Savi should be thankful to Ishaan, not the other way around. Ishaan tries to persuade Savi to let him pay for Harini’s treatment, but Savi refuses and insists on paying herself.
Surekha orders the servant to throw out and burn Savi’s books and clothes. Reeva questions Surekha’s actions. Surekha explains that they need to be strong to get Ishaan back and that these actions are necessary. Meanwhile, Savi encourages Harini to recover and declares she doesn’t need anyone’s help to achieve her dreams, asserting her independence.
When Ishaan returns home, Surekha and Reeva question where he went. Ishaan explained he was at the hospital because of a call. Surekha accuses Savi of making the hospital call him to pay the bill and criticizes Savi again.
