Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 28th January 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi is thinking about a priest’s advice that married women should pray for the safety of their husbands and family. She remembers Ishaan putting sindoor (vermilion) in her hairline. Savi believes that although the sindoor is in Ishaan’s name, she wears it for Harini’s sake. She finishes the puja (prayer ceremony) for Harini’s health and accepts Ishaan as her husband.
While doing the puja, Savi thinks about Harini’s hope for her to marry Ishaan. Another woman at the puja notices Savi crying and asks if her husband is okay. Surekha thinks Savi has tricked Ishaan and doesn’t accept their marriage. She suggests Ashmita stay with Savi if she agrees to the marriage. Surekha becomes upset and has trouble breathing while arguing. The Bhosle family helps her and gives her medicine.
Nishikant is angry with Ashmita, who leaves the room crying. Savi tells the woman at the puja that her older sister is in trouble, and the woman assures her that God hears all prayers and that her sister will soon be free from her problems. Shukla is surprised to see Savi at the puja, thinking she’s a student and not married, but his wife explains that Savi came to the puja on her own.
Yashwant is angry with Ishaan and worries about the family’s reputation and how to explain everything to a helpful friend. Surekha refuses to accept Savi as part of the family. Nishikant suggests they can fix things by keeping Savi away from their house. He plans to make Savi leave the city while Ishaan is unconscious, intending to tell Ishaan later that Savi left him.
Reeva is heartbroken about Ishaan marrying Savi. She breaks a picture of Ishaan and a pen he gave her in anger. Her mother sees her in this sad state. A hospital ward boy sent by Nishikant to kidnap Savi tells her that her sister’s health is getting worse. In the ambulance, Savi realizes they are going the wrong way. The man makes her unconscious before she can react.
As news spreads about Ishaan’s cancelled wedding, the Bhosle family faces embarrassment and challenging questions from relatives. Nishant apologizes to Yashwant for past mistakes. Ishaan asks his family for forgiveness, explaining that he acted out of character. Yashwant eventually forgives him, but Surekha can’t. Ashmita and other women in the house support Ishaan. They ask him to forget Savi and live a peaceful life.
Ishaan stands firm, saying he can’t marry anyone but Savi because they followed all marriage rituals. Yashwant is upset with Ishaan’s decision, but Ishaan insists on staying with Savi and asks his family to respect their relationship.
Precap: Savi will refuse to acknowledge her marriage, but Ishaan will bring her to the Bhosle home, where she will get hurt.
