Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 25th December 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Ishan is very sad when he sees Surekha’s sickness. Shantanu tries to make him feel better. Ishan tells Yashwant that Surekha will get better soon. Yashwant thinks it’s Ishan’s fault Surekha is sick. Ishan says he didn’t do anything wrong; he was at Shantanu’s interview. Shantanu supports Ishan. Yashwant says no matter what, Surekha is very ill. Nishi tells them Surekha had a heart attack while watching Ishan on TV. It’s good Reeva did CPR right away and took her to the hospital.
The doctor says Surekha is better now, and they can see her soon. Ishan hugs Reeva, thankful she saved Surekha. He says he would’ve been so upset if anything happened to Surekha. He keeps thanking Reeva. Reeva says she just did the right thing. Yashwant gets a phone call and leaves. Ishan keeps hugging Reeva, who is happy.
Bhavani and Ashwini are picking out a dress for Savi for a special ceremony. They can’t agree on what to choose. Bhavani picks jeans, but Ashwini wonders if it’s okay for a traditional ceremony. Bhavani says it’s about Savi’s achievements, not clothes. They keep arguing. Harini brings a new sari for Savi, but she doesn’t like it either. Ninad says let Savi choose her dress. Savi chooses her mother’s sari. Everyone is emotional. Harini gets a worrying call from the office.
Anvi asks Ishan to eat because he hasn’t eaten all day. Yashwant says Ishan feels bad about Surekha and doesn’t want to eat. Ishan keeps crying. Reeva tries to comfort him. Harini suggests making snacks, too. She takes Savi to make tea and snacks and tells her to stop being sad about Ishan. Savi says Ishan is always rude. Harini reminds her that Ishan did attend his mom’s interview. Savi thinks Ishan won’t change. The doorbell rings, and they find a gift for Savi – a fancy sari. They wonder who sent it.
Precap: Ishan is giving an award to Savi and says she must be happy because it’s a big day. Savi thinks Ishan doesn’t like her, but he has to come to give her the award. Ishan says she deserves it, and they don’t have any other connection. Harini imagines another couple like Savi and Ishan. Reeva invites Savi to her wedding.

The disagreements between Ishan and Yashwant over Surekha’s health show how complicated family relationships can be and how easy it is to get things wrong. The way Reeva saved Surekha and talked to Ishan adds a touch of heroism and understanding to the story.
The side story about Bhavani, Ashwini, and Savi picking out clothes for a ceremony adds a lighter, more relatable conflict between old traditions and new choices.
