Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 24th December 2023 Written Update: The show begins with the host talking to Ishaan about Savi. The host asks Savi if she wants to share anything about Ishaan. Savi remembers something and stays quiet but then says she is listening. In this interview, Ishaan tells the host they don’t need a student because they discuss Shantanu and Isha’s accomplishments. The host then says goodbye to Savi.
Next, the host asks Ishaan how he feels about his parents’ success. Ishaan expresses pride in Shantanu’s achievements. When asked to speak about his mother, Ishaan says he is proud of Dr. Isha Bhosle. Meanwhile, Savi starts playing the drum loudly.
The host then asked Isha and Shantanu if they wanted to share anything about their research paper. Isha tells the host she dedicates the success of her research paper to her son. The host admires the love between mother and son.
The host suggests they all take a photo together. They agree. Isha is asked to stand next to her son, and she does. Ishaan puts his arm around Isha’s shoulder, and the cameraman takes their photo. Seeing this, Surekha drops the glass she is holding, and it breaks. She falls to the ground.

With no driver around, Reeva drives Surekha to the hospital herself. Meanwhile, Nishikanth tries to call Ishaan, but he doesn’t answer. Then, Yashwant calls Ishaan.
Isha tells Ishaan she is pleased he called her mother after so long and doesn’t know how much it means to her. Isha asks for a hug from Ishaan. Someone from the studio gives Ishaan his phone. He sees many missed calls and calls Yashwant back, learning that Surekha had a heart attack. Ishaan and Shantanu leave immediately. At the hospital, Ishaan asks the doctor to let him see Surekha, and the doctor allows it.
Ishaan meets Surekha. She tells him she was waiting for him and saw on the interview that he acknowledged Isha as his mother. Surekha asks if he ever thought about her feelings. Ishaan says he didn’t mean to hurt her. Suddenly, Surekha’s condition worsens. The doctor asks Ishaan to leave and attends to Surekha. Yashwant tells Ishaan that Surekha’s condition is his fault.
Precap: Ishaan honours Savi at her award ceremony. Harini, watching Ishaan and Savi, tells Bhavani they look like Sai and Virat. Harini wonders if they would make a good couple, too.
