The judge enters the court and begins the hearing. Saisha tells her nanny that she wants to talk to Savi. Mrs. Parera agrees and calls Savi. Saisha talks to Savi on the phone. Saisha tells Savi that she misses her, and that’s why she called. She says Ashika brought her to the court. Savi understands from the nanny that today is Ashika and Rajat’s final court hearing. Savi tells Saisha to stay calm and says she will come to the court to meet her.

In the court, Ashika’s lawyer tells the judge that Ashika wants custody of Saisha. Rajat’s lawyer argues that Ashika left Saisha when she was only 6 months old and comments on her lack of responsibility. He also says Ashika doesn’t want to take care of her son Kian, as they always put him in a boarding school. Rajat and Ashika argue. Ashika tells Rajat that she will take Kian with her and asks Rajat to take care of Saisha.
The judge announces that Rajat and Ashika are divorced and says the decision about Saisha’s custody will be made in 15 days. The judge asks the government staff to investigate who should get Saisha’s custody. Harsh and Ashika celebrate Ashika’s divorce from Rajat. Harsh asks Mrs. Parera to take Saisha home, and they leave. Savi arrives at the court to meet Saisha and learns that Ashika and Harsh have left with the nanny.
Saisha sees Rajat and goes to him, pleading for him to take her with him. Rajat says he will take her after 15 days and leaves. Savi feels bad for Saisha because Rajat doesn’t even look at her while talking. Bhagyasree comments on Ashika wanting Saisha’s custody and says Rajat’s life is not happy after Ashika leaves.
She also says a new mother will come into Saisha’s life who will love her more than Ashika. Bhagyasree tells her family that if Saisha’s custody isn’t given to Rajat, she will never bow her head before God. Isha receives a letter from the postman and tells Shantanu that Savi shouldn’t read it. Savi returns home, and Shantanu and Isha try to hide the letter, but Savi sees it.
