Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 1st May 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Surekha finds out that Ishaan received a call from the hospital. She suspects that Savi arranged for the hospital to call Ishaan to get him to pay for Harini’s medical expenses. Ishaan tells Surekha that Savi refused his help and doesn’t want to discuss Savi now. Agreeing, Surekha suggests Ishaan go with Reeva to a cafe to relax and eat.
Reeva feels Ishaan should rest, but he insists they go out. Surekha then encourages Reeva to have some food and spend time together. Reeva worries that Ishaan is too caught up in his thoughts about Savi. Meanwhile, Savi pays part of the hospital bill and promises to spend the rest soon. The doctor accepts her plan. Soon after, Savi receives a message informing her that ₹ five lakhs have been deposited into her bank account.
As Ishaan and Reeva are about to leave for the cafe, Savi confronts them. She tells Reeva she doesn’t need their help. Confused, Ishaan asks Savi what she means. Savi plays a voice message from Reeva in which she admits to sending the money to help Savi, who can repay it when she can. Ishaan questions Reeva, who explains that she did it because he was upset all night about Savi. Savi criticizes this action, returns the money to Reeva, and walks away. Ishaan reflects on Savi’s reaction. Reeva apologizes to Ishaan for intervening without his consent, fearing his anger.
Ishaan reassures her he’s not upset with her but with himself for obsessing over Savi and neglecting Reeva, who has always supported him. Reeva reminds him that friends are meant to help each other. To lift her spirits, Ishaan orders food for Reeva, which makes her happy. Savi is preparing for her final economics exam in the hospital and is looking forward to finishing her connection with Bhosle Institute. Anvi and Durva are also anxious about the exam. Ishaan helps clarify their doubts.
Later, Anvi asks Ishaan if he still thinks about Savi after she left. Ishaan states that Savi is just a student to him and nothing more. He then leaves. Durva criticizes Anvi for bringing up Savi. Savi notices that her fellow students are seeking notes. She decides to sell her notes to make some money. Yashwant watches her from a distance. Meanwhile, Shikha calls Savi, who hesitates to answer.
