Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 1st December 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Nishikanth asks Yashwant if Swanand will take Reeva and go away. Yashwant believes Swanand will do so because he knows what he can do. Reeva rings the doorbell at Asmita’s house. Asmita opened the door and wondered why Reeva was there. Reeva explains she came to talk to them without telling anyone.
Surekha is shocked to see Reeva. Reeva apologizes for her big mistake, saying it’s more like a crime and she might not get forgiven. She still says sorry to Surekha. Savi is missing Ninad. She finds a letter in Ishaan’s book. Ishaan tells Savi to keep reading the book and move forward. Considering Ishaan’s behavior, Savi calls him to check his okay. Surekha gets angry at Reeva for coming and says she can’t forgive her. Ishaan hears Surekha yelling and comes out.
Surekha tells Reeva she won’t forgive her and they’ll never have a relationship. Reeva reminds Surekha that she lived there for a while, so they have a connection. Surekha says she’ll forgive Reeva if she meets a condition. Reeva agrees without hearing it. Surekha breaks a vase and tells Reeva to fix it to earn forgiveness, showing that’s how their family bond is. Reeva tries to fix the vase. Swanand and Swati arrive at the Bhosle house.
Yashwant reminds Swanand of his words and tells him to take Reeva away. Swanand agrees to leave with Reeva. Reeva tells Yashwant she’s not scared of his threats and will do anything to bring back her love. As she’s leaving with her parents, Ishaan stops her.
Ishaan shows Reeva a box of their love memories, saying she broke his heart. He ends their relationship and tells her to leave. Reeva takes the box and leaves with her family, and Ishaan shuts the door.
Surekha tries to comfort Ishaan, but he goes to his room. Surekha is glad Ishaan stood up to Reeva but sad he’s hurting. Asmita suggests giving Reeva another chance, but Yashwant disagrees, thinking it’s better for Ishaan. Ishaan plays the drums loudly, releasing his feelings.

The episode told a dramatic and emotional story that showed how complicated relationships can be and how actions can have consequences.
