Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 19th March 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi tells the Bhosle family that Anvi needs to see a counsellor. Surekha questions Savi’s right to advise them about Anvi, claiming Anvi is just suffering from a fever and nothing more. Surekha wants Ishaan to escort Savi away because she doesn’t want to see Savi anymore. Mukul tries to calm Surekha down.
Mukul then approaches Anvi, asking her if something is bothering her. Ashmita encourages Anvi to be honest. Anvi remains quiet. Ashmita reveals that Anvi is worried about her final exams and nothing else. Mukul offers to take Anvi to a psychiatrist, understanding that she might be more troubled, and suggests that Anvi share her worries with the doctor.
Anvi insists she’s okay. Ashmita asks Savi to stop causing trouble. Nishikanth and Yashwant tell Savi to know her place, while Ishaan believes there’s been a misunderstanding. Surekha accuses Savi of acting out of jealousy towards Reeva and criticizes her. Savi defends herself, saying she doesn’t need to respond to baseless accusations and criticizes the Bhosles for their outdated thinking. Yashwant and Apsara try to put an end to the argument.
Later, Surekha apologizes to Mukul and Apsara for the disturbance, blaming Savi for ruining the mood. Mukul suggests Savi was seeking attention. Surekha vows not to let Savi harm her family. Reeva tells Ishaan she’s prepared mock tests for Anvi to boost her confidence. She notices Ishaan hasn’t eaten and insists he eats while she works on the tests.
Reeva doesn’t believe Savi is jealous of her and thinks seeing a psychiatrist could help Anvi with her exam stress. Ishaan hides his true feelings from Reeva, who suspects he’s keeping something from her. Anvi apologizes to Savi for not supporting her efforts to help. Savi reassures Anvi that she did nothing wrong. As Anvi starts to leave, Savi uses a broken plant pot to illustrate a point: just like the pot needs fixing to hold soil and water, Anvi needs to address her problems to stand strong.

आज के एपिसोड में, सावी भोसले परिवार को बताता है कि अनवी को एक काउंसलर को देखने की जरूरत है। सुरेखा ने अनवी के बारे में उन्हें सलाह देने के सावी के अधिकार पर सवाल उठाते हुए दावा किया कि अनवी सिर्फ बुखार से पीड़ित है और कुछ नहीं। सुरेखा चाहती है कि ईशान सावी को दूर ले जाए क्योंकि वह अब सावी को नहीं देखना चाहती है। मुकूल सुरेखा को शांत करने की कोशिश करता है।
