A doctor tells Ishaan that although Harini is out of her coma, she’s still weak and must not get stressed as it could be dangerous for her. Harini questions Savi whether Ishaan’s family has accepted her. Savi reassures Harini that all is well and tells her not to worry, although Harini feels a headache coming on. Savi suggests Harini rest, planning to tell her the truth once she’s out of the hospital.
Back at the Bhosle mansion, Surekha asks Reeva where Ishaan is. Reeva says he’s with Savi and that Harini is awake. Surekha is relieved, thinking Savi won’t use Harini as an excuse anymore. Swanand reminds Surekha that Harini once made Ishaan marry Savi, questioning what she’d do if Harini tried something similar again.
Swati questions if Ishaan can be trusted not to hurt Reeva again. Yashwant declares that no matter what, he won’t let Savi and Harini into their house again. Chinmay remarks that fate will happen if Ishaan and Savi are together. Reeva waits anxiously for Ishaan.

This episode has a lot of drama and emotional depth, with the main focus on the relationships between Ishaan, Savi, and Harini. Tension rises as Savi considers whether to tell Harini the truth about her marriage problems. Harini’s health also adds to the sense of urgency and suspense.
The Bhosle family’s story adds depth by showing their inner conflicts and how decisions made in the past have affected them. Ishaan’s inner conflict is beautifully shown in the scene where he saves Savi’s family photo from a fire.
