Meanwhile, Isha and Shantanu talk to Shashank’s parents. Urmila comments that Savi is lucky to have a guy like Shashank in her life. Savi calls Shantanu and asks him to come aside. She tells Shantanu she cannot visit the temple because she is in an emergency.

Shantanu asks what the emergency is, but her phone switches off before Savi can explain about Saisha. Rajat bangs on the door, asking Savi to open it. Raju says it is useless and that no one is home, suggesting they might have gone to Savi’s engagement. Tara arrives at Rajat’s house and scolds Mamta because Saisha is sleeping beside her, and she does not notice someone taking Saisha away.

Tara tells Rajat to call the police. Rajat tries calling Savi, but her phone is switched off. Bhagyasree makes comments about Savi and her family. Isha asks Shantanu where Savi is. Shantanu tells Isha that Savi is stuck in an emergency and cannot come to the temple. Isha informs Shashank’s parents that Savi had an accident, ruining her Lehanga, and went to get a new one, so she can’t come to the Pooja.
Shashank tells his parents not to worry and that they can do the Pooja without Savi, just in her name. The Pandit agrees. Savi is shown taking care of Saisha. When Saisha starts puking, the nurse says it is not a good sign and that they need to do an emergency procedure immediately. The hospital staff takes Saisha to the operating theatre. The nurse asks Savi why she hasn’t signed the consent form yet.
Savi explains she is not Saisha’s mother but her neighbor. Chirag, the doctor, hears this but decides to proceed with the procedure for Saisha’s safety. Savi meets Ashika. Savi goes to Harsh’s house to meet Ashika. Harsh and Ashika meet Savi. Savi tells Ashika to come to the hospital because Saisha drank too much adult cough syrup and is in danger. She needs a parent’s signature on the consent form for the operation.
Ashika agrees, but Harsh stops her, reminding her of her promise never to return to them. Seeing Ashika won’t come, Savi leaves. The Thakkar family goes to the police station to file a complaint about Savi abducting Saisha. Rajat asks the police to find Savi and bring his daughter back. Mamta calls Tara, informing her that Savi’s family has returned, but Savi hasn’t. The Bhosle family prepares for Savi and Shashank’s engagement.
The police arrive at the Bhosle house and ask where Savi is. Shantanu and Isha tell the police that Savi called them, saying she is in an emergency, but her phone is now switched off. Urmila asks why they previously said Savi’s Lehanga was torn and that she had gone to get a new one. Isha apologizes to Shashank’s parents for lying.
