Faltu 17th May 2023 Written Update: The episode begins with Faltu expressing her regrets to Savita for failing to save Ayaan and apologizing to her. Kanika takes the opportunity to mock the family for trusting Faltu, a girl from a village with no education. Tanisha intervenes, claiming she can save Ayaan, but the family doesn’t trust her. Faltu requests Tanisha to stop and accuses her of sending goons to steal the file. Tanisha, feigning kindness, tries to turn the family against Faltu, criticizing her for being unable to safeguard the evidence. At that moment, Kinsukh and Ayesha arrive, and upon hearing about the stolen proof that could have saved Ayaan, Kinsukh is shocked.
Fueled by anger, Savita angrily tosses aside the food she had prepared to celebrate Ayaan’s return. She scolds Faltu for not securing the file, knowing Tanisha would stop at nothing to win. Faltu breaks down in tears and apologizes to Savita. Feeling defeated, she decides to leave the house. Tanisha, pleased with this outcome, revels in the family’s shock. However, Janardan appears and declares that Faltu isn’t going anywhere. He blames Tanisha for the situation and refuses to bow down to Kanika. He resolves to leave the house along with the family.
Ayesha, concerned about her infant’s well-being in impoverished conditions, declines to leave the house. Janardan requests Kinsukh to temporarily send Ayesha and the baby to her parent’s house. Ayesha pleads with Kinsukh to accompany them, but he refuses, driven by his commitment to fulfilling his duties towards his family in times of trouble. Faltu intervenes, urging Ayesha not to fight as Tanisha intends to drive a wedge between them. Ayesha blames Faltu for the current predicament, which infuriates Kinsukh. Faltu implores them to refrain from fighting on her account.
Faltu admits that she initially intended to leave the house but changed her mind upon witnessing Janardan’s determination and the family’s united front. She acknowledges that Tanisha will continue her evil ways even if they leave. Determined, Faltu chooses to fight her battle against Tanisha. Realizing the family’s departure would leave her lonely, Tanisha implores Janardan not to go.
She offers to return their house if Faltu departs, claiming to love everyone except Faltu. Tanisha asserts that this would enable the family to live happily. Tanisha insists that there is no other way to bring Ayaan back. The family members leave Faltu with a smile, knowing Tanisha won’t allow them to go. Faltu resolves to expose Tanisha’s true nature by staying in the house.
Tanisha is taken aback when she overhears Kanika discussing her readiness to sell the business on the phone. Tanisha demands an explanation, and Kanika reveals that selling the company is the only way to curb Tanisha’s obsession with Ayaan. Kanika suggests selling the company and the house and starting anew elsewhere. Sid objects, stating that it’s wrong. Despite knowing Tanisha’s love for Ayaan, Sid, driven by his affection for Tanisha, decides to support their plan and requests Kanika and Tanisha to give him a chance.
