Anupama 9th December 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode. Anupama warned Malti Devi and Barkha. She tells them to watch their words around Choti Anu, or she will act firmly. Malti Devi promises to force Anupama out of the house by tying a knot in her saree. In her room, Anupama is upset, wondering how often she should forgive repeated mistakes. Kavya messages her about some houses to look at. Anupama is concerned about Kavya doing this during her pregnancy and wonders why Vanraj can’t let others live in peace.
Vanraj drops Dimpi at a friend’s place and asks for video calls to stay in touch. Dimpi tells him not to worry too much and that she’ll take care of things. Before leaving, Vanraj waits to make sure Dimpi is okay. He sees Dimpi and her friend leaving the house again. Anupama tells Anuj about Kavya’s house search. She says Kavya doesn’t want to live with Vanraj at the Shah house. Anuj worries about Kavya being alone during the last months of her pregnancy. Anupama agrees with Kavya’s choice, as Vanraj is acting strange.
Anupama shares with Anuj that Vanraj wants her to visit the Shah house less. Anuj is puzzled by Vanraj’s behaviour. They talk about Bapuji and Baa. Anupama asks Anuj to help Kavya find a house. Anuj agrees but is concerned about Kavya living alone. Anupama is also worried about Dimpi leaving because of Vanraj. Vanraj wonders who Dimpi is waiting for and gets upset seeing a guy but relaxes seeing it’s just a delivery boy.
Titu receives a call from someone in the dance class, which turns out to be Vanraj. Vanraj is determined to protect Dimpi and Samar’s child. Dimpi tells her friend she promised to attend an event, so she will go no matter what. Anuj informs Anupama he has spoken to an agent for the house. He asks Anupama not to stress, but she can’t tell him about Malti Devi as she doesn’t want to trouble him.
Pakhi is rude to Baa at the Shah house. She then gets a call from her friend Neha, inviting her out. She tells Baa and Kavya she’ll be late coming home. Anuj and Anupama visit Choti Anu, but she only speaks to Anuj and asks him to go to the PTM alone. She is upset with Anupama. Anuj and Anupama discuss her upbringing after she leaves.
Later, Dimpi fools Vanraj on a video call. Titu invites Dimpi inside for the event. Pakhi arrives at the same event with Neha and is surprised to see Dimpi and Titu. The episode ends with Pakhi thinking she has caught Dimpi in a lie.
Precap: Vanraj and Pakhi will confront Dimpi. She will say Titu is just a friend, but Vanraj will ask her to end the friendship and slap Titu. Anupama will also arrive at the scene.

As usual for the show, this episode has a mix of drama and emotional turmoil. Anupama’s firm stance against Malti Devi and Barkha sets a strong tone and shows how much she cares for Choti Anu. The side story about Kavya looking for a house while pregnant adds to the tension and shows how Vanraj is upsetting his family’s peace.
The tension between Vanraj’s overprotectiveness of Dimpi and his confusion when he sees her with a friend is very strong. This is balanced by Anupama and Anuj’s care for their family, which shows their responsibility and care.
The episode also discusses trust issues and how relationships work, especially in the scenes with Pakhi, Dimpi, and Titu. It ends on a cliffhanger that makes you want to know more.
